So only doctors can diagnose an illness, but people in the comments section can undiagnose it. Naturopaths are unreliable sources of info, but you should definitely listen to people online who've never met you and kind of think you're a liar. Right.

Eat when you're hungry. Some people I know can't stomach food in the morning, I don't eat after sunset for some reason. Listen to your body, not some study.

I made some non-sweet salad dressings like spicy mustard and lemon pepper with greek yogurt. it's really thick, but dressing is my favorite part of salad anyway so I don't mind.
