    Spinach/mango/tofu smoothie

    I'm going with the smoothie as a favourite right now. I keep them under 200 calories and they're quick, easy and nutritious.

    Dragon fruit. Low in calories, high in nutrients. Think a kiwi but a bagillion times better (and way bigger, too!!!). A whole fruit, according to MFP, is 60cal.

    My current favorite is 1/2 cup oatmeal with blueberries. I eat it mid-afternoon when I don't think I'll make it until dinner.

    I like 2 lite laughing cows (50 cals) squished together between two wheat thins - sweet potato flavour ( 13 for 90 cals)

    Dannon Activia - strawberry flavored Greek yogurt cups. I normally hate Greek yogurt, but the flavor completely changes the taste. Each cup is pretty large and is only 80 calories! It's my go-to.
