I've got to admit, as annoying as some comments are they do keep me motivated to keep going to reach my goal. Kind of a "I'll show you" mentality I suppose!!! :wink:

Another one that really bugs me is "When are you going to stop dieting"?" But I'm not dieting, I am eating healthier and exercising, why would I stop that?

Lived on Long Island my whole life, until 5 years ago when we moved to Houston. There's no way I could endure a winter like yours, certainly not anymore. Hope you find what you need to get motivated to brave the cold!

Seriously??? I don't understand getting all uptight about it, it's mostly meant out of kindness. If that isn't what you want then remove that friend. Life is way too short to get yourself in a bunch over internet stuff.

Je Suis Prest is french for "I am ready". It is taken from my favorite book series, Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. It is the lead character's, Jamie Fraser, motto from the family crest. And it is was appropriate for this lifestyle change I've made.

Angela, I must admit I get on my scale almost daily. I was quite obsessed for while, getting on it several times a day, but at least now I am down to once a day! ;)

Could be because you are below your calorie count. Are you eating back your exercise calories? Would be easier if you opened up your diary so we could see what you've been doing.
