Newbie to Yoga
I did it for the first time yesterday. I was hoping it would make me feel less sore. I run the C25K program nearly everyday and the back of my thighs are always sore. I admit, I don't stretch enough and was hoping the yoga would be helpful with that. But as of last night and this morning, I feel even more sore. Anyone else…

Back at it!!!
Ok...apparently I took too much time off from it. Got back to it today and huffed and puffed and yelled at Jillian all the way through it. It's been more than a week since I did a Yoga meltdown and it showed today!!

What are your goals for the year? I want to increase my running distance, I am current at 4 miles and am hoping to add a mile a month. I want to strengthen my core and tone my arms.

Running, treadmill vs. outdoors....HRM users
I enjoy running, I'm fairly new to it, I used to own a treadmill, but now run outdoors. In comparison I feel that running outdoors is more of workout. My first Before and After photos
