Armpit exercises???

Ok, I know this might be a strange question. But I need exercises for the armpit area. Since the pregnancy and birth of my first son I have breast tissue under my armpit that swelled up and never went away. (It has been confirmed by doctors that it is breast tissue.) For the last 18 years I have been very sensitive about it and have to choose bathing suits and sleeveless tops carefully. I have been doing chest flies but haven't seen much improvement.

Are there any fitness trainers out there than can advise on what exercises to do or maybe someone else with this issue? I have lost enough weight that I am finally confident to wear tank tops but have to constantly check and readjust my shirt to hide it. Please help!

    Umm, well it's not the armpit itself, but what about lat exercises (lat pull down etc) Just google exercises for lats and you should get a few more. It's close enough and probably closer than chest workouts.

    The part that confuses me is that it's breast tissue. So fat, that you can lose? That would just be an overall calorie deficit and you lose fat where your body wants to lose it first. Specific targeted exercises will only help to maintain / build muscle in that area, not lose fat from that area.

    Sorry if that isn't clear, let me know if it isn't. The whole question confused me a bit, but nobody had replied so I thought I'd do my best :)

    I'd be interested to know this too, after my first baby I was a size 2 but still had armpit chub lol. Maybe someone will know how to tone it so I can get rid of it now lol

    It's def breast tissue, as I said confirmed by the doctor. Just need to figure out how to tighten up that area.
