Do you shake as much as I do during the plank? Remember to breathe your way through it!!

  • I started on January 2nd and find it both challenging and fun!! My son who is almost 12 and does sit ups and pushups daily is joining me. It is a challenge to maintain the plank for such a length of time but I find changing positions help me stay focused. Thanks so much for the idea and workout!

    It's only a few minutes a day....you can do it!!
  • I have missed a few days along the way but I'm sticking with it. I can already tell a difference in my planks. It is amazing that I used to think 1 minute was forever and now 1 minute isn't so bad. I have been varying the crunches with bicycles about every other time. It seems to work different muscles as well as break it up.
