I am in the healthy range of the BMI chart, no longer overweight. Still have 13lbs to lose to meet my goal, but I am ecstatic to be in the "healthy" range!!!!
Ok...so my smartphone died on me and I've been looking forward to starting week 6. I don't know anything about the C25K podcasts....are there free ones I can download onto my ipod? Please educate me on this. The earliest my new phone will be in is on Monday!!
