Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown

I did it for the first time yesterday. I was hoping it would make me feel less sore. I run the C25K program nearly everyday and the back of my thighs are always sore. I admit, I don't stretch enough and was hoping the yoga would be helpful with that. But as of last night and this morning, I feel even more sore.

Anyone else out there doing the Yoga Meltdown, would love to hear what you think of it and what your experiences are.

Thinking I will also create a group for those of us doing this....

    I'm sure just like everything else it takes some time to adjust, but I'm anxious to try it out today too!

    Try it!!! I did like it, and hope to be able to do some of those moves better. There is one that I laughed so hard over that my sons came to see what is so funny. Don't recall the name of it, but was like "yeah, right, Jillian"....lol. If I ever accomplish it, it will be a good NSV for me!! But I do need to sit down and watch it to learn some of it. Looking forward to doing it again!
