Certainly sounds like he is dealing with some insecurities for sure! Is he willing to take this journey with you? Maybe if you got healthier together it would make him feel better!

I'm doing it for me!! I was so tired of how felt and how I looked. But you have to want to do this for yourself! You will not be successful doing it for anyone else! You are worth it!!

I'm 5'2" and eat much more calories than you do. I used fat2fitradio.com for my calorie goal. What's important to remember is when using MFP you must eat back the exercise calories, MFP has already created a deficit for you! When you properly fuel your body it will burn away the fat! Edited to add....please do yourself a…

I have learned that by eating enough, I have overcome those types of cravings. I raised my calorie limit according to fat2fitradio.

Looks like some great eating but like others said eat more! Go to fat2fitradio.com and use their calculator. Also check out the group Eat More to Weigh Less, lots of valuable info there!

You may very well not be eating enough. I set my calorie goal using fat2fitradio.com, and since I've raised my calorie goal I have those cravings less and binge only on a rare occasion now.

Great advice. A good running store will fit you for the shoe! It is worth every cent. Give them a budget in which you can shop in and they will give you the best shoe for you!

Fantastic work!! You look amazing my friend! Thank you for inspiring me and so many others!!

I see nothing wrong with it as long as you are properly hydrating yourself and eating back those calories.

My favorite NSV's along this journey are....the day I was able to put my wedding ring back on, the day I fit into size 4 jeans, the day I fit into size 2 jeans, the day I realized I was running without gasping for air and I too am now a proud owner of a bikini. Haven't worn one since high school.

Girls...keep at it, YOU WILL GET THERE. My husband smiles and laughs at me, because every mirror I see I stop and look at myself with amazement. I still have lots of work to do, much toning needs to be done. But I look good, and trust me if I can do this, so can you!!

Use the fat2fitradio.com calculator. You'd be surprised how low MFP is with making calorie goals.

I grew up being told I was almost anexoric, and after having children my parents would make comments regarding about how heavy I had gotten, so I get what your saying. But this journey is about YOU! Change the subject, food and weight are no longer up for discussion. There will always be food, but you will have to decide…

You will find data that both supports and disproves the theory. I tortured myself for a while at 1200 calories. Also plateaued for a while until I upped my calories. Went to 1500 lost a couple of more pound and then it stopped again. I am now at 1700 calories and losing weight again. When you properly feed the body it will…

If you used MFP to set your calorie goal then YES! They have already created a deficit for you! But I still feel they don't give you enough. Check out Fat2fitradio.com
-
Yes...I use that site often for meals, I just don't tell the family it's healthy! ;) Although they are on to me by now!! LOL
-
MFP has already given you a deficit, so you must eat back those calories!

Nearly impossible to help you without seeing your diary, but the advice given you is awesome. Only thing I can add is make sure you are eating enough!! Eating to low will stall your weight loss, and make it difficult if not impossible. Go to Fat2Fitradio.com and use their calculators.
