There will always be stupid people, but life is too short to waste it on letting them bring you down like that. It's all up to YOU in how it effects you. Shake it off and have a great day!

Ladies, it's impossible to help you if you don't open up your diaries. 1200-1500 is truly not a lot of calories. More than likely you are stuck because you're not eating enough.
-
Surely, more people can comment, right???
-
Beth, open up your diary. We can better help you if you do! When you exercise more, you will need to eat more. I suspect you aren't eating enough. Your body needs fuel so it can burn those calories and metabolize. If you open up your diary I will be happy to take a look at it and give you my thoughts. I am no expert, but I…

Why be so negative? For some it may be true, but for others like myself it's about sharing what we've learned along this journey. If you don't like then don't read the thread.

Excellent post!!! I'm 5'2" and did not lose weight at 1200, when I upped those calories the weight came off! And for those of you that says Starvation Mode is a myth, do the research. Google is your friend. I find it very odd that Weight Watchers claims it is a myth. I didn't lose weight on WW, they had me eating too…

For starters don't think of this as a diet. Diets are temporary, this is permanent. In order for this to work and have lasting effects it has to be a lifestyle change. Make healthier choices, exercise, log everything!!! Eat up to your calorie goal, eat back calories and soon you will see result and you will feel better.…

Absolutely beautiful!!! (Wish we could see more of you, though!!!)And the decorations and bride were pretty too!! ;)

You look terrific!!!!

For some it might be true, others just aren't sure what to say if they should mention it. Personally I'd rather no one said anything. I am not defined by weight.
-
Don't "hope" just do it! Set your mind to your goals and make them happen!! Hoping has nothing to do with it!! It takes work!
-
Be careful what you wish for you, sooner or later it's all they will comment to you about. And it starts to get old when people start defining you by your weight.
-
Wait....we get to kick you??? LOL Welcome to the group!

I know for me the biggest change is I'm not planning on stopping. I'm NOT on a diet, I have changed the way I eat. I measure all my portions and I am incorporating healthier foods and choices into my meals. I am NOT going back to the weight I used to be. I got serious about these changes 8 months, and I still log in every…

The best running shoe is the one fitted for YOU! Go get fitted!

More than likely you need to eat more. Eating fuels the body and in turn will metabolize. Edited to add, I just peeked at your diary, you are either not logging enough or starving yourself. You are not helping your bdoy if you are not eating to your calorie goal and when you exercise you need to eat more.
-
No...you aren't too big. Just get started. Running helped me a lot in losing the weight, just go or it! Ps...I was never a runner, I completed C25K and am now on to Bridge to 10K!

Wow....looks delish!! Wish I had your desire to cook!!
