I went back to work full time in the fall too. I drag myself out of bed now at 5am and get a workout in. I workout at home, currently using Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, when I get home from work I for a 30-45 minute run. But lucky for me I don't have much of a commute.

Yes!!! Ditch the processed garbage. Read your ingredients on those things, that did the trick for me. You can do this, but I'd raise that goal a little higher even. Make sure you are eating back your exercise calories too. MFP has already created a deficit for you. So eat and enjoy!!

I've used Endomondo for more than a year now. It is not always accurate, it has glitches now and then, but I'd imagine all apps have that issue now and then.

Don't hate yourself for it. Have pride in yourself. You have committed to a lifestyle change. Many give up, but you won't! Measure all your food and get yourself a food scale. Please raise your calories. Your body will reward you for it!! I'm 5'2" and usually eat between 1800 and 2000 calories a day.

Hey, you look great in that dress!!!! Love those shoes!
-
I discovered that when I started eating more I no longer binged. Take a a good look at your diary and consider adding another 300 calories, or use another calculator other than MFP. I find MFP to be too low in their calorie goals. Would love to see your diary. I suspect you aren't eating enough. Don't deprive yourself…
-
Me too. I have oatmeal almost daily and pasta almost daily as well.
-
Do you enjoy eating that low??? Oh my, make this a lifestyle change! When you properly fuel the body it will burn the fat efficiently. 700 calories, pfffft I could eat that at one meal. My diary is open. I eat far more than you do. And I look and feel great.
-
Go to your settings....
-
Yes, there should be!!! I am relieved that you were not serious!!!:blushing:
-
When you properly fuel your body it will run more efficiently thereby burning fat in the process. Raise your activity level one more higher than you have it, and eat back exercise calories. You are to be hitting the calorie goal, NOT staying under.

Coffee beans UNroasted are green. Just saying.....And there is no miracle fix. It all requires effort and work. Please, I pray, you are just being humorous.
-
Stop trying and start doing. You've been given much good advice, now get to it. It isn't going to happen overnight. Make life changes.
-
And want it badly enough to WORK at it!
-
Seriously? Who would want to do that? Good lawd, I could eat that for breakfast. Make permanent changes. Not temporary ones. Eating that way would cause me to binge. Eat healthy, don't be afraid to eat. You could also use Fat2FitRadio.com's calculator and eat at the maintenance for the weight that is healthy for you.

Persistence and planning are key.

Log everything, every day. Do not diet. Make this a lifestyle change. Drink water, eat clean. Know your BMR and TDEE. Exercise. If you do not know the terms I've mentioned, just remember, Google is your friend.

I did 30 DS over and over. Did Yoga Meltdown for a while too. Then went back to 30DS, and notice my calorie burn was considerably lower that what it had once been. So I got Ripped in 30, just completed the 4th week and am doing it again. Loving it!
-
Sad??? I joyfully gave away all those clothes to Goodwill!!! :flowerforyou: Congrats on your success!!!
-
Fat2Fit's philosophy is to eat at your goal weight. Instead of waiting for maintenance, it is just the calorie goal you will live on. I use the sedentary number and then eat back my exercise calories. I cannot deal with eating at 1200 calories, it's just too low.

This was my one year anniversary of MFP, I'm a few months away from my 2 year anniversary, will update it then.

You look fabulous!!! So inspirational!!! Congrats!!
