When you live with someone, or they see you daily it's hard for them to see the changes early on.....that being said your mom could be more positive. She may have meant no harm, or maybe she is just jealous, but I sometimes wish people would keep their comments to themselves. There was a time when it would derail me, now…

I meet my calorie goal, I exercise by running C25K, and Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and Yoga Meltdown. Follow the plan MFP and you have set up, eat back some of this exercise calories and be patient! YOU CAN DO THIS!!

I think it's beaten into our heads that we shouldn't eat, but maybe part of your struggle has been not eating enough. What keeps me on track is how good I feel after losing some weight. I like what I see in the mirror, I am worth this effort!! I feel good, less tired and look better!
