A whole 3 weeks???? LOL Sorry just teasing. You have only just begun, this is a lifestyle change it will happen. Net your BMR as a minimum, do as much as your own cooking as possible, exercise and drink water.
-
I lovingly refer to that as "Irish Yoga"!! :drinker:
-
And you're either not logging everything or not eating enough. Eat to your calorie goal and yes that means exercise calories if you have set your goals according to MFP. MFP has given you a deficit already.
-
It's just an estimation.....
-
I'm just the opposite, I don't like talking about it and yet people keep bringing up the topic. I change it as quickly as I can, but I feel as if this journey of mine is private. Don't you wish people could just keep their comments to themselves?? Keep up the good work. You look great!!!

More water, less sodium.

What about working out from home? I've not stepped a foot inside a gym.
-
I've tried it....it's nasty. Not to mention it has splenda in it.

Do your body a big favor and raise that calorie limit. Click on Groups above and look for "Eat More to Weigh Less" and "Fuel the Machine". This has to be a lifestyle change in order to be a lifelong success. Do you really want to keep starving yourself?
-
I am a reformed diet pepsi addict.
-
Give up on yourself???? Why would you even think that? Are you not worth the time and effort you need to put into this? I am, it took me a year to lose 40 lbs but so what? I look great, feel good and have more energy than ever! As far as sexy? That is state of mind, my friend.

Sell them and buy new clothes!!

Gorgeous sunshine and beautiful blue skies this morning....sure hope it stays like this all day!
-
Look at you!!! You look fabulous! Keep up the good work!

I won't give up pasta either, I have for the most part given up fast foods and soda. I do have some ice cream now and then. Point is when I want something I have it. I don't believe in deprivation. moderation is key. However I am slowly learning to eat cleaner.
-
Amazing transformation!!!!
-
Be patient, make changes slowly. This has to be taken one day at a time. I found depriving myself only caused me to backtrack. Have that Sonic but keep to your calorie goal. Eat all your calories, even the exercise ones. MFP has created a deficit for you already.
-
Yes...it fuels my desire to keep going, but I find it rather irritating when people make those kinds of comments, as if it is really any of their business!!!
-
You look absolutely amazing, be proud of that bikini!! Please share what kind of exercises you have done to tone up!!
-
I usually get a craving for chocolate or ice cream.
-
I need a little more....drained the pool a little too much!!! LOL Now that I want the rain it won't happen!!!
-
I say it all the time.
-
I wasn't born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could! I'm in the Houston area.
-
Fantastic! You don't look anywhere near 40!! And I always love how everyone looks younger in their during or after photo!! You rock!
-
I'm going to keep mine to MFP.... 1. People with closed diaries....come on let's share with one another! 2. Folks who think they have to stay under goal to lose weight. 3. Folks who think they have to be limited to 1200 calories.
-
What can you lose at $8 right?? Seriously, it's a great work out. It 's now part of my weekly routine!! Get it, you won't regret it!

Nothing wrong with loving food! I'm motivated to exercise so that I can eat that much more. Measure everything, get a food scale if you don't have one. Walking, as another member said is great. Go with a friend or bring your i-pod. I load audiobooks onto my ipod for running, but I started out walking. Find exercise you…

Be patient, you are only 4 weeks into this. It's also hard to give advice when your diary is closed. Make healthy choices, measure everything, get a scale if you don't have one, exercise and drink water.Eat up to your calorie goal, MFP has already created you a deficit based on the activity level you have chosen, so eat…
