I realize i had the same problem. After the warm up in Cardio (Day 1), my calf muscle was already stiffed up and my calf is still hurting when i walk right now.

Yup i did that too. By the time i switch over to modifier, i can only follow through the motion. This workout simply "Max me out". Just completed day 1 Cardio. I remember similar soreness when i did my first T25 workout. Now i'm having the exact same feeling. Max out at 8:05 mins, follow by frequent maxout breaks (about 10 times) till the end of the workout. Gonna try day 2 tomorrow, but seems scary base on the description provided by some of the guys…

Only lost 0.4 Inch off the waist and 0.3KG after first week of Beta. Quite disappointing

Completed Alpha last friday Results since i started Alpha Loss a total of 12.79 Lbs Chest: -4 inches Waist: -3 inches Hopefully can see a more significant result after Beta. Gonna start Beta tonight!

Minor update after trying out Alpha for 1 week Waist: -1cm Chest: -5cm Thigh: -1cm Arm: no change Weight: -3.2 lbs Body fats: -1.3% Extremely motivated after seeing such results in just 1 week of Alpha. I believe Beta will definitely tone my body even further.

Hi, Just started Alpha for 2 days and my calf and thighs is feeling the soreness now.
