I work 12 hour shifts aswell so if i dont get it in before work once im home at 8pm i just wanna chill..also i do nights so when i do them i sleep all day and workout in the evening...it really is just doing what works for you!!

I dont eat half so much has i use too...i get full and feel sick way faster then i ever would, and i have also learned to stop before im bursting out of my pants!!

100% agree with this...and i have to add this journey for me is very personal and all my friends have been supportive of me even if i have a closed diary....for me its about encourgement and the comment that might read great job after ive done a workout or am another pound down!!!

if i workout and dont look like **** when im done i feel like i was unsuccessful with my workout....but when im dripping sweat and gross im all happy and feeling great due to the fact i know i had an awesome workout!!

ive lost all my weight from doing half hour workouts....every now and then i get more time and maybe get hour in! =)

I have a tip on saving money with the bottled water thing...i bought a Brita Jug that filters the tap water..ive saved lots of money with this and not having to buy bottled water!

Im 8lbs away from not being in the 200 zone anymore...it was my first set goal =) Congrats to u it must be a great feeling!!

I have one cheat/ rest day a week..but i dont go crazy with it..im sure ive had "cheat days" when i didnt even go over my calorie limit!

Jello..Ive tried to eat it so many times but as soon as i put it near or in my mouth i gag!!!

I usually workout and use those calories too...most days i gain about 300 calories by working out....but im just looking to go by the 1600 mfp gives me for planning meals...and the extra will be a bonus =P
