I love spicy food but eugh at adding cayenne to random things like yogurt. I tried that lemon + cayenne water thing for a week or so and didnt feel anything except nauseousness.

I'm 5'2, my starting weight was 130 and I felt awful. My lowest weight since joining mfp was 110, but then I gained a lot back and am now around 120-125. My ultimate goal is 105 lbs. This is pretty similar to my eating habits tbh. My main meals are at least 4 hours apart but I tend to get hungry in between, so I have a light snack 2 hours after a meal. I've found this to be the best way to keep me satisfied throughout the day.

PB2 is very good but I find that when I want creamy peanut buttery goodness, there is no substitute that does the trick like a big spoonful of the real stuff.
