  • I'm still happy to eat eggs, dairy maybe fish.
  • Try Australian pull ups 1st get abit of strength behind you. Remember to active your scapulas before the pull so your working your back and not your arms. To make it harder decrease the incline... Then get up on the bar like everyone says by jumping on a block and do the negative slowly and keep doing it until u cant do no…
  • I did back Wednesday felt good, didn't go heavy went for the feel of the movement
  • I always make sure I move my scapluas 1st , lock them in and then the arms
  • Gonna try cable machines see if that makes a difference, never really struggled with pull ups, wouldn't say their easy but i can do a few so I normally do the neg really slow
  • Weekends are made for beer
  • I feel better for it for my 1st week, so quite happy that cerillo mentioned it... what I think I'm gonna do is I'm hitting 15reps this week and maybe the next week drop it down too 10 and then the following mate 5 to 8 reps and than go back up to 15

  • I cook 2 meals a day, one meal is for dinner and the other is lunch for the next day... I used to eat 6 to 7 times a day now moved to 3 so much easier... got sick off cooking
  • Thanks I have a lookie... I did arms yesterday arms are feeling a little sore.. Might mix abs with shoulders or do abs with back dont reply no yet
  • I think that's a problem I have had, not switching the right mucles on.. When i bench press I would just lift the weight rather than lifting with the chest. I think I was lifting more with the shoulder.. But I find the back the hardest to switch on
  • Your height gives you an advantage, it will be easier for you to fill out your frame. So do your best man. The nice thing about doing one muscle group a day is that you can focus solely on hammering that muscle. I like to do between 5-6 exercises. 4-6 sets each exercise. This is a little on the extreme side, so i wouldn’t…
  • Cheers man.. I look into that.. I'm 5ft 7 140ibs.. I normally try big compound lifts but by the end of work I'm knackered (manual labour) and then going to the gym straight after.. But I might give this ago... How many excerises you recommend per body part
  • I prefer bodyweights as it's more fun, i feel the mucles working together more and feel the movements working the muscles I also felt it kept me more flexible than when I was doing free weights.. with free weights i become bored really quick and everyone was doing the same excerises and also felt really stiff after
  • So I Googled vanilla push-up and it's came up with push up bras lol I don't no but you get up too the weekends mate but it's defo different.. seriously what is a vanilla push-up 😁
  • Er I'm gonna so no cos I can't remember seeing it.. I will look now
  • The Higher rep range was when I was doing 12/15 reps, got bored of that now doing 5reps haha..
  • Well I'm a type of fella that gets bored easily. So at the mo I'm doing 5x5 on the bench and im trying to stick with it but i do keep looking around for more routines no idea why.. i'm not hitting failure I could potentially have 2 left in the tank per set
  • I would say start eating nuts, eggs or dairy stuff, but only 350 kcals in fats, you would eat that in no time....these a yogurt called fage dont know where u based in the world, its pretty high in protein 10g per 100g i think and these a 0%fat one
  • I saw a skinner kid than myself today at the gym load up his bench press 60kg (132lbs) I stayed near to him cos I thought these no way. Lucky i did guys bloody donut got stuck. Saved the day
  • I think I found the spot mate.. they seem the scream more on lighter weights rather than the heavier ones?? Do u think I'm using other muscles to lift the heavier ones.. I am making sure I'm squeezing at the top with the heavys
  • Or is the 20 carbs
  • Yeah I can, great advice thro
  • Can't do flys mate, shoulder issues
  • Sorry guys, totally forgot I wrote this post.. I don't think I was meant to say the word "pump" was meaning I never get the feeling that I've worked them. If i use triceps for example by the end of that work out I know I've worked them cos the feel knackered. With chest well even back aswell they just feel normal. if I had…
