I think it could help me, rather than smashing more deadlifts or squads cos im doing it all day everyday at work... Maybe different movements will shock my body and help it grow, plus more food

Well every body part would be 6/7 days a week... time wise 30mins or so.. I've tired doing 4 days a week 1hr training sessions push and pull workout. I felt warn out... thats why I was thinking one part part

I'm using this book called power training by Robert dos remedios. I've tried to do isolation stuff didnt like it found it boring so brought this book There was options like 10 reps for fitness. Hypertrophy training 4 sets going 10,8,8,6 And strength training 4 sets going 5,3,2,1. You think I'm better of doing strength???

If your not gaining your eating enough food I have to eat 4k to gain weight due to my job and active life... Ah cool cheers man... the 300 came from the Marco percentage of the kcal I was eating. To be honest I was getting sick of eating cold chicken breast to get the proteins in at lunch time for example... (yeah i no these other meat/fish). But if I can only eat 140 or a little higher it be easy peasy.

I had chickpea wrap with hummus, salad rubbish and some spicy sauce. Made it last night for lunch this morning so it went all sloppy wet cardboard texture. Was pretty bad but ate it anyway
