I had to eat 4500 to gain weight I gained a stone then it stopped but I was happy with the stone.. my diet consisted nuts and raisins (alot of them) bananas, big tubs of yogurts, meats, rice, pasta, homemade fat shakes, eggs, beard bla bla bla.... it was hard work but it worked.... eat 6 to 7 meals a day
-
Same as everyone else core... don't do crunches work on more planks and bridging if your pain allows you too
-
I'm a slow down and power on way up... I go for the negivate more.. and my form is good had a trainer check me out...

Essex ere... anyone welcome to add.... up for a laugh and a piss take for motivation
-
Essex here... add if you want mate
-
Just remember planks as not just ab excerises it's a whole body excerise
-
Youtube KNEE push ups and just do the going down slowly... if you feel confident go for the push 👍🏻
-
So push ups you want to start on your knees and work on the negative. So get set into your push up on your knees and go down as slow as possible. When you hit the floor instead of pushing up just get back on your knees anyway you can... or if you can't do this yet stand up and use a wall less gravity less force... remember…
-
Also I'm pretty sure you don't want to be rolling a tennis ball along the muscles that run along the nerve.. you will just cheese it off even more
-
I had to have the op in the end, worked thank God... couldn't live with that pain no more... I found hamstring stretching caused more pain so anything bending forward was a no no. Keep moving and laying flat on the floor helped... well it didn't but it eased it
-
So lower body is just bodyweight squats, lunges etc etc. I avoid weights when stepping into a gym.. being able to walk is a great feeling 👍🏻👍🏻 I do alot of ground work. Handstands, parallettes handstands, L SITS so basically calisthenics and ring work... Plus when I was doing weights I found it boring
-
Not a lifter but im learning the gymnastic ring way learning skills bla bla bla...
-
Cheers guys I throw your advice together.... I ve been looking bear walks aswell
-
Im up for a good nag... more then welcome to add
-
I alternate between scambled eggs and whey shake to homemade protein smoothie thing
-
Handstand without using a wall if I fall backward.. so basically beating that fear haha
-
I couldn't do hanging L SIT for the life of me.. did a few knee raises/leg raises, toes to bar, front tuck levers and now I'm doing hanging L SIT CHIN UPS :)
-
I avoid crunches like the plague no good for ya... planks of some kind, hanging leg raises or KNEE raises, L SITS is the way forward
-
I'm not a stressey person but good luck on your journey... have you tired deep breathing or stretching don't no if that will help, I no it sounds stupid but heard eating a banana helps, don't no how true that is haha
-
I will give it ago... suck up your wee is a bit weird
-
I do a lot of hanging/bodyweighted stuff. Pull ups chin ups Australian pull ups, knee/leg raises bla bla bla... I squeeze everything anyway but just making sure that's what they meant by engaging...
-
Cool just double checking
-
More then welcome to add me fella
-
Mines open if you want to have a butcher's

What helped me was nuts and raisins with dark chocolate, peanut butter, homemade fat shakes and a lot of planning
-
