Being her BFF i think you should REALLY talk to her about him before you leave. Thats horrible and no women diserves to be treated like that. so its 1 am here in PA . My daughter is asleep and i finally have time to myself and i cant sleep so i decided to download music and it got me in the mood to dance so i danced to the music in my kitchen (thats where my computer is) all alone at 1 am... weird but i feel like i got a nice workout cuz im all sweaty.:tongue:

I did pretty well for the first time ever.. i ate portions and didnt go over my calories.. and im very proud of myself right now because i was starving and instead of doing what i would usually do which is pop a pizza in the oven or eat something to really stuff me i just made a tomatoe sandwich on a thomas double fiber…
