I was in the same boat, I went from 205lbs and got down to my goal of 140lb in about a 2 year period, moved and then put back 40 of it back on...I am on track with getting it back off. You are supposed to wait atleast 45 minutes, ideal wait time is 60 minutes, after exercise before eating. It gives your body time to burn off any excess fat.

I think so, my daughter and I are both tracking and have noticed the same thing. We do not eat the extra calories that it gives us when we workout. I believe that is their for people who do intense workouts and need the extra protein for muscle building. I also believe when it calculates your calories without the exercise…

If you don't eat enough calories your body will go into starvation mode and you will not lose weight. Your body will hold onto as much fat as it can. I know when I use my phone, which is a motorola bravo, android to log in, it is automatically syned to the computer and does count. The same goes when I log using the computer, all my information automatically is synced to my phone. Hope this helps. Keep up the good work.:smile:

Try checking what you are drinking and what food has sodium. Also, if you put in some interval training and change it up just a bit it will jump start your body. Doing the same thing over and over is not necessarily good, just try varying up a bit.
