Everyone is entitled to do with their body what they want. The only thing I'll say is this drug won't change your relationship with food and from what you've written that seems to be the issue.

You look amazing!!! I can relate to the thicker thighs and bigger butt and wondering if they'll ever get to where I want them to be but yours have a lovely shape and you can see muscle definition. Congratulations on all your triumphs!!!

I've never done body pump but I do body combat and love the class. My arms have gotten so toned because of that class!!!

I would definitely start doing measurements instead of looking at the scale. They usually give you a better idea if what you're doing is working.

Still a work in progress. I lost about 25 lbs. last year and then gained about ten back throughout the holidays. I've managed to lose most of that and now am really working on weight training plus getting ready to do a Warrior Dash.

Eating is up to you. If you feel fine without eating before a workout then you are fine. If you feel like you need to eat you can always eat something small. I do cardio after lifting as long as its not my leg days. Leg days I do 10 min of cardio before then weight training and then I'm done. If I do feel like cardio I try…

I go to Golds Gym. No contract, 20 a month. Includes free daycare for up to 2 hours and all classes. There isn't a pool but plenty of other things so I don't worry about that. They also do a parents night out once a month where you pay 10 per child and they watch them for four hours and provide dinner. I really love my gym.

I'm almost 5'4 and weigh 141 lbs. I wear an 8-10 depending on where they're from. I carry most of my weight in my hips and butt so my jeans are always bigger in my waist so that they fit in those areas.

I did a cardio warm-up, then strength training on my abs and back and a 2 mile run. Then came home and mowed and weed eated the yard. :)
