I had mine done when I was 23. I have a daughter and a son and knew that I didn't want anymore. It's a personal preference so as long as you are sure it's what you want then it shouldn't be an issue.

I'm 5'4 and my goal weight was 135 but I've passed that and am at 129. I don't really feel like I need to go any lower than this and now do mostly strength training.

I don't think my lifts are anything spectacular by any means I just try and go higher every workout but if I can't I don't sweat it. I'm on Stage 3 and completely love the structure of the book. Thank you!

Right now it would be because it's been about 110 degrees outside in Central Texas and I'm not willing to risk heat stroke to be outside.

I just started New Rules of Lifting for Women and so far love it. I do go to the gym so use the weights there but they do give you at home options for a lot of the exercises. Also some suggestions on items you can invest in if you plan on staying at home to do your strength training.

I customize my protein because I personally think the goal that mfp sets for you are way to low. Especially if you are doing strength training.

I love banana cream. I don't use it as a meal replacement just after a workout but if you added things to it I'm sure it would be plenty filling.

My husband had PRK surgery a couple of months ago. They take the top layer of tissue off your cornea with that surgery and sometimes it can take longer to heal then lasik but he's so happy with it. He could barely see anything if he didn't have contacts or glasses in and now has no issues.

I personally would recommend upping your calories so that you don't feel the need to overeat. If this is something you want to maintain be realistic in the fact that 1200 calories isn't going to be something that lasts forever.

I'm still working on it but have really noticed a major difference with strength training and core classes.
