THIS is an incredible story that should be written into a book somewhere. I'm still laughing.

Unless it is horrible, I tip $10-$20. I'm an easy cut. No color and no straighteners so I'm kind of an easy customer IMO

It used to be that my husband was unable to compliment me. After we *talked* about things, we learned what to say (and not) to each other. After we become adults, we really cannot berate somebody for being honest but we sure as hell can learn to shut up. Permanent relationships are more than just physical attraction - they…

Here is the deal about TOM and life - they both happen. If you are making changes in your lifestyle (nutrition and/or fitness) then both will continue to happen and you will need to make adjustments depending on what your goals are. That said, remember that this is for LIFE. Don't deny yourself because denying only ends up…

I get what you're saying - sometimes we hit a wall even though we have incorporated health and fitness into our lives for years now. For example, last night I really didn't want to go for a run (and I love to run) - or even do yoga which is my true love. It was raining and I had to force myself to answer internal questions…

Tone as you go sweetie - you won't bulk.

For me, it depends on the workout level, if I'm at the gym or at home or outside, and what I'm doing after the workout. I always try to shower after an intense workout but if I can't, I usually know ahead of time that I have things going on and will at a minimum bring a change of clothes. That said, there are times when…

Georgia originally but I now claim the great state of Ohio as mine!!

It's definitely muscle!! No worries, especially as long as your clothes remain where they should (you might even go down another size with adding muscle).

No shame...if it was easy, everyone would be doing it. Those who keep running enjoy it and it gives them a feeling of accomplishment. Keep going!

I can hammer a nail (very well, thank you) and can do some algorithms in my head!

I agree although I usually do a strength program only every other day - not daily.

Insightful but I have always heard that the curvier women of the depicted age was considered beautiful due to circumstances such as ranking, power, wealth, etc.

You look amazing and as a mom who has suffered the loss of babies, I am thankful that you are donating your dress to have it made into angel gowns. Truly a beautiful sentiment that means so much to moms and dads who are suffering.
-
All the time - push through it. Seriously. You will feel better for doing it.
-
You are hot! Great job!!!!

I think it depends on the medium. On a site like this I would not post my kids pictures unless it was a temporary thing. Definitely not permanent. On FB? yeah, I've done it but FB is a 'friends' gathering place. I know these people and they know me and we communicate there. Twitter? I've posted one of my kids pictures when…
