STEP 1. [100 - Body Fat %] / 100 x weight = Lean Body Mass (LBM) STEP 2. LBM x 10 = Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) STEP 3. RMR x .3 = Caloric Modification for Recovery (CMR) STEP 4. RMR + CMR = Resting Metabolic Rate Modified for Recovery (RMR2) STEP 5. RMR2 + 600* Calorie Intake to Maintain Weight (CIM) STEP 6. If Body Fat…

The key is to plan out your meals. I do food prep on the weekends and pack my lunches for the day at work. I always know what I am going to eat at work before my day starts. I have always been more of a grazer so I am not sure how to successfully transition to this way of eating. I eat throughout the day so I don't get…

I'm in the same boat. My son will be 3 in October. I take the stroller with water and snacks. If he gets irritable I let him get out and walk for a bit and then back in the stroller. Otherwise I do a half way spot to a park. Let him get out and burn some energy and then walk back. Since it's just me I don't have a partner…

Lol so bad but hands are a big deal to me too. I can't do little hands on guys. I like a guy with big strong hand and arms! :)

Raw tomatoes and canned/cooked peas. Love tomatoes stewed and on veggie burgers but just not raw. And I love peas raw but not canned or frozen and then cooked haha.

No worries and thanks for that! :)

Okay Okay, upon reading further, which I should've done before posting, yes these options seem rather silly. My point being she posted meaning to help, no backlash intended I'm sure. And I don't see the reason for implying comments that make people feel stupid. That is all

Toning is giving definition, not bulking. Toning exercises are physical exercises that are used with the aim of developing a physique with a large emphasis on musculature. In this context, the term toned implies leanness in the body (low levels of body fat), noticeable muscle definition and shape, but not significant…

Well I could go on about all the great freedoms of being single....but I am a young single mom. That's true commitment haha. But I am perfectly okay with all the time we spend together. One day he won't want to hang out with mom so I'll take the time I can get with him now! :)

Hahaha oh no. That dairy will get you after cutting it out so long. LOTS of water. Hope you feel better!! :)

Not at all. Just keep it within your calories and it's a great boost for protein.

Me too! Love trying new recipes!! Especially when they turn out!

WOW! $30 a week is insanely cheap. I definatley spend more than that, but it's partial to always stocking my pantry. I love baking for my lil guy. And I have a roommate as well. I usually spend upwards of $125-$175 every other week since my roomy and I trade off every week. But awesome planning and budgeting!

I love crockpot meals! I just got my first pressure cooker with a recipe book and looking forward to making meals in that too. It's nice in the summer so you don't have to heat the home when cooking. I usually cook most my meals on Sunday but if I have a busy weekend i'll save ingredients for an extra meal to cook during…

This is a great idea. I don't freeze meals because I have a roommate and a toddler, but had I thought of this when I was single! Nice work! :)

Awesome! Thanks for sharing. I think it really helps with portion control. And yes I agree with not eating boxed health junk. Keep it more natural. Keep up the good work! :)

Get these items out of the home. You know you have a binge eating problem and if these items aren't in the house, you are less likely to drive and go get them. It seems you have a sweet tooth (Me too!). Find lower cholesterol snacks that are still sweet. *Natural Popcorn *Dark Chocolate w/ berries *Fruit Smoothies *Fruit…

I used to be able to eat a pint of coffee ice-cream easy. When I went vegan my options were almond or coconut milk ice-cream. So delicious coconut milk chocolate flavor (s) are amazing. And really rich, so 1/2 cup is more than enough. Not low cal/or fat, but just an idea to consume less per say

I decided not to worry too much about it. Fruits are complex carbs meaning our body processes it in a different, more efficient way. Keep eating fruits and veggies, and don't worry too much if you go a little over for carb goals. Just keep within caloric range
