I use it on EVERYTHING. I use it instead of butter, or mayo.....Any Kind will do.

Just take it slow. I would run that same mile for a week or two, same pace. Then all of a sudden you will be like this is way to short and keep going. Time can come later. Get to 2 miles where you are really comfy and work on time for those 2 miles. I am 58 and I use to run, gained a million lbs, years pass, time to get…

My husband and I met when we were 14. We were in Biology class together. He was so cute. :) We also found out our lockers were close together too. One day at the end of school he said how about we go the library (lame I know) We did, the next morning he picked me up (he could drive before me) the next morning for school…
