Yup I am 5'2" and I am down to 132. I would like to be 130, but I have been here now for almost a month. So this could be MY weight. We will see.

GREAT!! I have been at the the 132 mark now for weeks. BUT the cool thing is that everyone at work is telling me to stop loosing more weight, I am getting to skinny! (Is there such a thing?) It is because I am losing some of the fat and actually toning. SO your post really helped making that true! Thanks.

9-26 132 same weight ran 5.5 miles 70 crunches over water under cals. done with pygmy...need to do toe touches But i will do those after dinner. Good week. NO MORE PAIN in the leg muscles. :)

9-24 pygmy done 60 crunches over water under cals. ran 5.3 miles Walking better today so far... It has taken all week, but I,m there. Is it bad to say I kinda like doing the wood chops now that I get how to do them. Not good at the jumping jacks and crunches are hard as heck.

So as we know I just started the Sept. Challenge. First day went great! This morning I was just a little sore, but the wood chops have done me in. Makes sense. Thursday: 3.23 mile run water done (will be at the end of the day!) Pygmy done ( with a tad modification!!) 70 sit ups. :) Totally sore today!! :)
