Eating 1450 calories is a good way to start. Eat small healthy meals and make sure to add small healthy snack in between meals like nuts and fruits. Also exercise!! You'll start to see a difference. Good luck!

Yuck! I have the same problem and it isn't fun. New shoes do help it just takes awhile, but also make sure you are always wearing supportive shoes at all times and never go bare foot even at home. Thanks for the helpful info. I do need to drink more water though. I have been trainning I guess you could call it. I've been following couch to 5k. I am not running a full 5k yet but i'm hoping to run/walk it.
