I've had the same experience... i don't like any of sonic's food anymore. it leaves a terrible aftertaste.

It's not fast food, but there's an amazing bakery around the corner from my office. We limit ourselves to one trip a week for cupcakes- and they are so worth the extra calories! Another would be having a coke and popcorn at the movies. We don't go that often, so its only an occasional splurge.

i like red pepper strips with a 100 calorie pack of wholly guacamole.

I ran the one in Little Rock in November. If you're interested in your time, take something with you to time yourself, since they don't time the race. Also, I would suggest some sort of mouth/nose covering. That stuff is nasty to breath in, especially if you get it in your teeth. But it's fun- and definitely something…

55 minute turbo fire workout- and took down all my Christmas decorations. That in itself was a workout! :)

I like Arby's - Jr Roast Beef Deluxe and a package of apple slices. Sandwich is less than 300 calories.

Chik-fil-a grilled chicken sandwich and a fruit cup!

I just hold my phone in my hand. I use Runkeeper to track, but I also use Charity Miles (I run them at the same time.) Charity Miles is a free app that allows you to choose a charity to run for (or walk, or bike) . For each mile you run they make a donation (I think it's like 25 cents/mile or so.) At the end of your…

I did the Color Run in Little Rock, AR a about three weeks ago. Lots of fun, but I would suggest wearing something over your mouth to keep from getting that gritty stuff in your teeth! :)

I knew Arkansas would be near the top- and I'm surprised it's not higher than#9. We usually run neck and neck with MS on just about everything. :(

Egg white and american cheese on flatbread with spinach and tomato.

I love Celestial Seasonings Sweet Harvest Pumpkin and Gingerbread Spice!

I went on a cruise in February and managed to only come back one pound up. I still ate the foods I wanted/liked, I just worked really hard on watching my portions and not going crazy. Which cruise line are going going on? We were on Carnival and I tried some of their low cal options at dinner, and they actually turned out…

A half day (at least) spa package! That kind of hard work deserves some pampering! :)

There are half marathon apps if you're interested in that. I haven't done one yet, but I've been looking at them. I'm just finishing C25K (one more week), and you have to be able to run at at least 3 miles to start the half marathon app I looked at.

I've just accepted the fact that I am not a morning person, and morning workouts are not going to happen. My best workout time is about 6-7 in the evening. Has to be after work, but any later than that and I can't sleep that night. It's all about what works for you.

I have the same problem. I crave comfort food, and lots of it, and my self control seems to go right out the window. Unfortunately, I'm like you and have no idea what to do about it. :(

I enjoyed Turbo Jam, but now I've moved on to Turbo Fire. It's the more intense version of turbo jam, and comes with a calendar, workout bands, eating plan, etc. I love it! If you like kickboxing and dancing these are the workouts for you! And Chalene Johnson is a GREAT motivator! They are fast paced, so take a little…

I'm also finishing week four. I've already lost 2 inches from my waist and lower abdomen and 1.5 from my hips! I can also already tell a difference in my arms and legs. It can take a little while to get the moves down, but it's worth it! So much FUN!

How about walking videos? You can still get a good work out but your not jumping around.
-
I like Tae Bo and Turbo Fire (or Turbo Jam).
-
I like Leslie Sansone too. And yes, you're just walking in place. But Sansone has you do more than just basic walking- side steps, kicks, moving forwards and backwards, etc, and she also includes arm movements. I have her 3 and 4 miles walks, and the 4 mile also includes some interval jogging- or "boosted walking" as she…

I also love Turbofire or Turbo Jam (if you don't want to get the whole turbo fire program), along with Taebo and Yoga Booty Ballet (also by Beach Body). I mix up all my DVDs so I don't get bored. Each night I can decide what I feel like doing. I also have some walking DVDs for when I need a lighter night.
