Yogurt, fruit, cereal - they all have a lot of sugar.
What you do like to have for a snack that is low in sugar?
(I am getting tired of green peppers, nuts and cheese sticks...)

I love love love The Italian herb millet & flax chips from samis bakery. I buy them online.....1 G of sugar in a serving, and they have just a nice flavor and the right amount of crunch to fill that void of not being able to indulge in my all time favorite potato chip!0

Neither plain yoghurt nor berries have a lot of sugar - both 5 to 6g per 100g which isn't much different than many vegetables. Nuts and seeds make great snacks.0

Edamame - either steamed or dry roasted or nuts, low sodium V8, hummus and Kashi TLC chewy peanut peanut butter bars.0
