FIrst one was this summer and I finished in 42 min. Most recent was this morning and I finished in 38 min. Next one in 3 weeks. If I push hard, maybe I can finish in 35 min? Any advice?

Thanks for posting this. It sounds simple, but there's a lot of discipline required. I should print this out and read it every single day to keep myself on track!
