I sip if it's icy water and guzzle if it's room temperature. I don't think it makes a difference how fast you drink, as long as you stay hydrated with fluids.

Yes it has been very slow going for me too. I exercise a lot and I am very careful with my food. My metabolism is shot! I have to work that much harder to get where I want to be. And yes, I would love the support! :)
