I got my Fitbit One yesterday and started using it today. It's good so far.. very easy to use.. and I counted steps for a few minutes and it's very accurate. It says you can clip it to your bra.. don't.. mine came off and it's so light, I didn't notice. Luckily it fell off in the car and I didn't completely lose it. Lol

I was a diet-Mt. Dew-aholic.. and since I started trying to lose weight and therefore started drinking more water, it tastes kinda salty/nasty.. and I've found I really don't crave it anymore.. I'd rather have water. Which if you knew me, would sound like crazy talk. Lol. Congrats!

I'm a surgical nurse with the same problem. I've started buying snack sized ziplocs and pre-counting/measuring snacks into those. I do a lot of nuts.. almonds, cashews, walnuts.. and I also bought some Quest bars.. they're high in protein and low in sugar/empty calories. They're quick and portable and they keep you from…

I was diehard Chobani and recently switched to Oikos.. it has 60 more calories than Chobani (160) but it's creamier and mixesbetter if you want to add something.

I feel your pain. I had a piece of cake this week and it was MY birthday! But I felt guilty after I ate it thinking it was going to screw up the whole day!
