I don't know for sure, but I've read how it can be better to break it up because you get your heart rate up multiple times a day. And it definitely couldn't be a bad thing! Tanning made mine more visible. The stretched strips of skin won't tan while the normal strips of skin will. :0( Wish there was something that worked.

Although I was still young (19) at the time, I took ballet in college. It was my very first dance class. I wasn't that great but it did an AMAZING job on my body and my coordination.
