Abs depend heavily on genetics. Some people don't have to work hard for them except lose body fat, others will get to low body fat and still have no ab definition. I would definitely do weighted ab training either way.

genetics body composition: fat and lean mass some girls are very skinny but have no muscle and their entire body is fat (fat and bones) some big girls have lots of lean mass but minimal fat

it works if it fits your lifestyle i.e. if you like large meals, don't have time for breakfast, prefer to workout in fasted state, etc.

i don't weigh fruits i add fruit macros but nothing specific i never weigh vegetables if you want to track micronutrients u could but don't have to if you just take a multivitamin or take a greens supplement

Strength train with some cardio at the end of your workout would work great. In order to lose more fat just cut your calories more per week. Good luck!
