1410 calories per day is the goal, estimated burn during workouts is close to 450. I normally do not take in more than 1200 calories per day eating small meals and after workout whey protein drink. Drink about 15 12 oz glasses of water per day. I usually use Sundays as a cheat day but do not normally exceed 2000 calories
