Eh, depends on your body. Even when I was tiny I had large hips and big boobs. If you are thin enough to see your hip bones there is no more to lose. I am somewhere between 5"8 and 5"9 and I think around 160 would be great. I have big boobs and hips regardless and last time I was 160 I looked thin. Also puts me (barely) in the healthy BMI

YAY! I lose slow too, I am set at only 1lb per week. But its about motivation, you can totally do this. Fab who ran my first one got eliminated week 1, it could be my fate as well, but we can totally do this!

I found it better. My fiance had to talk me in to trying it slower. It was clutch for me. But the other suggestion of higher protein can help, higher in fat (healthy fats, no transfats) can be a real help with that full feeling. What are you set on? When I tried to lose 2lbs a week I had to admit it was not reasonable. I felt ill and was miserable. You won't succeed if you are miserable. Maybe start at 1lbs a week or even 1/2lb losses a week and slowly escalate it to 2lbs a week. Slow progress is hard but at least it is progress.
