Big Breasted
Has anyone else ever felt like you deserve an extra 10lbs to your weight because of your cup size. Even when I was super-duper skinny I have DDs. When talking about weights in relation to heights I always feel like I need to get 10lbs extra because of my breasts. Anyone else feel this way? Or am I the only nut.

What is *close* to your goal
So I am working on losing weight. I have done really well, I know when you get *close* to your goal it is better to shoot for 1/2lb a week. What's close, at what point will the transition be? I have 20lbs left so I know its not know, when I have 15lbs left is it then? Or do I wait to when I have 10lbs left?

Arm Ergometer
So I messed up my ankle and while it heals my Physical Therapist recommends I use the Arm Ergometer they have at the gym for cardio. Anyone on here every tried one? I am not looking forward to it, just doesn't seem like it will be as good a workout. Of course I suppose any workout is better than none.

So I hurt my leg. I am not exercising till I see a Physical Therapist and have a conversation. But my leg is seriously swollen, I also weighed 3-6lbs more this morning than I had been. Can my swollen leg be making me weigh more?
