Do you work out when you are not feeling well.

In a way. It depends on what kind of unwell I feel. If I have a headcold, I'll be out doing everything I normally do, but with more VitC than usual. If it's something that causes headaches or cramps, I'd stick to staying in bed and just not overeating.

Yep. Just not as hard. Do what you can. Walk instead of run. Use lighter weights or 1 less set. Then when you're feeling better, get back on it.

    Do work!

If i feel yucky i will walk and sometimes i will feel better and then get my workout in there. but i have not worked out at times which isnt a big deal since i only eat 1260 calories a day. i will still lose weight.
