5-Week Elimination Challenge

So when I started on this site I joined a 5-week elimination challenge. It was an awesome motivator. I did two back to back and it was my most successful time. The wonderful woman hosting the challenges did not do another one. I have decided I need one.

So here is the break down, there are only 16 contestants so please only request to join if you REALLY mean it. 4 teams of 4. Each week there will be challenges, the first team to have all members complete the challenge each week is safe from elimination. Week 1--1 eliminated (15 remain), Week 2--2 eliminated (13 remain), Week 3--3 eliminated (10 eliminated), Week 4--4 eliminated (6 remain), Week 5--5 eliminated LEAVING THE ULTIMATE WINNER!

Eliminations will be done through percentage lost, or lack of participation. Any participant who does not complete the challenge will be eliminated regardless of weight lost.

The challenges will be exercise based, but if it is not possible due to a medical condition accomadations will of course be made. The challenges should be something that someone of all fitness level should be able to do. Weigh in will be Mondays hopefully keeping weekends in line. If you want to join post below or message me, when I get 16 participants I will choose a start date.
