I was walking down the hallway back from lunch and my co-worker looks at me and says "have you been losing weight? You waist looks smaller" YAY NSV! ^_^ I guess you can see it

I'm with ya. I'm 5'9 and have lost just over 12lbs. It's very hard for me to see it & I complain to my hubby all the time. But I have been getting compliments from other people so I guess it is working! Keep it up! Sure helps when others notice huh!

Don't worry, I've lost 18 lbs and the only person who noticed on their own was my grandpa...who is the most unperceptive person I know. Guess that was kind of an NSV, but very few people saw me at my heaviest so I still look about 30 lbs too heavy despite the loss. Oh, and I'm only 5'7"

    Yeah for you!!

I try to remember that sometimes people don't say "have you lost weight" comments because they don't want to hurt your feelings. If they noticed you lost weight, then they noticed you were heavy and should lose weight. But any time someone says something, it just feels great to me, not upsetting in the least.

Great job on your weight loss.
