I have the same thing happen - it is usually when I am stepping up my calorie burn with heavier workouts. When it happens I eat and log all the calories. BTW....when this happens I will ALWAYS lose a chunk of pounds in the next couple of days. I figure my body needs the calories or I wouldn't be so hungry!!! Good luck!!!!!

I have a desk job and the times I find myself getting sleepy (or cold - this darn office is NEVER warm) I go to the ladies bathroom and do about 50 jumping jacks. I keep a pair of comfy slip on sneakers under the cabinet and slip them on when I need to warm-up/wake-up.......lots of great ideas posted on this thread today -…

Yes, when I had a biking accident I could not workout - I kept my calories @ 1200 per day and did lose weight. I noticed it came off faster than I thought it would. Good luck!!!!!!!

I lived in San Diego and my mother got me a knit cap with matching scarf........ummmmmm, must have been a regift cause it never gets that cold in San Diego. Love her for trying....lol.

Not only did I eat like a boss today - I had baileys in my coffee this morning - I very seldom consume alcohol......it was awesome!!!!! No guilt here.......I enjoyed cooking for family all day. Life is GOOD!!!!!!

I'm going to go over by several hundred calories today - but not going to sweat it........also, I will not weigh myself for a few days until all the salt is out of my system......lol. I need a little more info to offer advice. How old are you? How uch were you weighing when you atrated MFP and where is your weight now. Have you changed your eating patterns a lot - if you are not getting enough magnesium that may contribute to your cramping situation.

I've never been able to watch The Wizard Of Oz........when it came on I would always hide in my room......even as an adult I feel myself getting tense when I hear the music and/or dialogue from the movie.
