i still have trouble exercising for long periods of time. i try to take breaks and get back at it. try taking a three to 10 minute break then seeing if you can do any more? it helped me. hope it helps you. i say between 3-10 because sometimes i need a little longer then a couple minutes.

interesting is right i never thought i would lose weight so weirdly. guess never had this much to worry about before now that i do it comes off in weird spots first and none in others even though i am nearly 40 pounds down.

a few years later i went back and they had a plus size dress i was in a friends wedding. it goes by bra cup size so i am not sure what letter would go with that 40. but i did look on the web site and they sell a corset extender. also fredericks of hollywood. you lace those up. and they are created with real boning on…

congrats on your wedding! also shape wear davids bridal has good corsets to help smooth the belly for 60. that was my problem area when i bought mine a few years ago. the lady will help you put it on if you ask. i needed help. try there if they have them where you live.

to be honest i sweat a lot. sometimes when i go to the bathroom i have to wipe it dry with toilet paper if i have been walking or doing some sort of exercise.

something that has helped me not gain as much when on my period is upping my water intake upped to 80 oz a day and noticed not as much weight gain this month or the month before.

nope. one side is flabbier then the other. the one side of my stomach and side is getting smaller and one is not.
