my scale is starting to measure in kg and stones without me changing the settings from pounds. anyone know of an accurate scale brand for home?

cold stomach during exercise
i don't really understand. my stomach is cold when the rest of me is hot while exercising and after. i thought if the stomach didn't get warm it wouldn't lose fat is this right?

Water for weight?
everything i read is very different info for how much water to drink. my weight is fluctuating the same 3 pounds and i have changed eating or exercise. how many pounds can dehydration make you fluctuate? also how much water to drink for a day?

ok I was lucky enough to get a food scale but it doesn't measure in grams. it only has kg, oz, lb, and ct? not sure what the ct is. which setting do y'all use?

jillian michael's trouble zones video?
Hi. i have nerve damage in my arm and i am not able to complete some of the exercises for her 30 day shred. has anyone seen good results from the trouble zones video? I still have to skip some parts but not as many and i don't take as much pain medicine when doing this video compared to the 30 day one.

sugar alternative?
I know aspartame isn't safe to drink. but I cannot find much info on if saccharin is safe? Does it slow your metabolism like sugar or hurt you in some way?

when are you expecting? ---not preggo!
how do y'all deal with this? i have had this said to me a lot and have lost a bit since it was said to me last. i didn't think i looked this way anymore. it always upsets me. my only response is to always tell them i am fat. but then i get to feeling really bad after i can walk away.

pausing during level 1 shred
anyone have to pause multiple times during level one of 30 day shred? how long before you could do it without? day five still pausing for breaks.

inner thigh exercises?
i am doing squats sumo and regular. I do a minimum of 40 a day 20 of each i also do lunges. my legs are doing great for the outside it is helping. it isn't helping the inner thighs yet? anyone have exercises that work on those?

belly hanging lower?
i feel nuts. I measured around my belly and it is 2 inches smaller. But it is hanging down more? and I have not lost any pounds just inches. anyone know if this is normal? or why it is doing this?

how do y'all measure pasta? dry or cooked? the box says 2/3 cup 200 calories.

how long do they last? i have only been using mine a month and it broke at the beginning of my workout.

where should i measure to see if my belly is getting smaller? it says the same number as it did 39 pounds ago and i can tell my belly looks smaller. wondering if i am measuring in the wrong place?

i am losing weight uneven. any exercises to target my side and stomach one side is getting smaller but not the other? ideas on how to fix please?

strongs lifts for weightloss protein shake or no?
hi. I have started the strong lifts program and will be a little under on my protein. should I add a cut something out and add a protein shake? still have a bit to lose didn't know if adding a protein shake would make me gain more? trying to lose 2 pounds a week until the middle of june.

zumba to tone?
anyone tried the zumba tone and sculpt video? does it work to tone? i still have fat to lose and i am losing but i am also worried about sagging skin. i have lost 34 and have another 40 to lose. would like to prevent hanging skin if possible.

hi y'all. i have a taylor scale that measures in .10 of a pound. i haven't had it a full year and it is not weighing accurately. new batteries and still does not work. what scale should i buy works for a long time without paying much?

i am not sure what exercises to do. I know people say weight lifting can help but I am 50 pounds over weight and there isn't much strength. any tips for where to start? I see women who have changed their body through lifting and I am not sure how to do that? I am really new to the weights part

calorie deficit amount
