If you add friends they will be able to read it. Also, it is the mutual motivation you receive from active friends that helps make this app so effective.

I use the Polar FT4 for my workouts and it is great. I don't swim, but I use it in the sauna and steam room daily. I believe it is water resistant up to 30m. Gets great reviews and is a good value at the price. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B04UH7Q/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Personally I think the only useful ones are the HRM versions because they provide you with a more accurate assessment of your workout. But the Fitbit version runs about $129. I went with the Polar FT4 HRM watch, but I am a little old fashioned and don't mind manually adding info to my Ipod.…

I started on 11-7-14 @ 241, and weighed 218 on 1-7-15. During that time span there were small obstacles like Thanksgiving, Xmas and out sick for 4 days. Remove those and I think I could have lost 30 in 60 days. With that said, 241 was the heaviest I have ever weighed by far and I usually walk around at 185, so I think the…

Not a big veggie guy, but I am going to try the Zucchini pasta this weekend. As I was searching videos for that I also found a great recipe for cauliflower/mozza pizza crust that sounds tasty.

I could always use a Packers fan on my friends list. Go Hawks!!!! :D

Thanks for starting the thread and the informative responses because I had this same question.

You can add me. I just started adding friends 2 days ago, and it is amazing how motivational it is to see all the post on your wall. Plus at the end of my workout today I didn't want to whimp out and have to post it to my wall :D

Calorie deficit + low carb here. You can add me because I am always on the look out for new low carb/low cal recipes to spice things up.

46 with 47 just around the corner. I could use some friends around my age for tips and motivation.
-
Add me. Down 19lbs, but I know the next 20-25 is going to be a lot tougher and I will need some mutual motivation :)

Maybe you should take some time to read my post again. I was not debating the merits of the program, I was just providing some additional information that other posters left out. As with all fitness/diet plans, not everything works for all people. And I think my last sentence provided the best advice, she should consult…

There were a lot of blanket statements made about the HCG diet. First, you do not need to go with the strict 500 calorie mode. You can also choose the 800, or 1,000 calorie versions to get you started. Unless you a top tier athlete doing a quick weight cut, there is no need to start of with the extreme 500 calorie model.…
