Most days I think I am, but I don't seem to turn heads as much as I did in my 20's. LOL!!!! Overall, I'm happy with my apperance and keep in mind that my opinion is all that matters:)

Thanks for responding everyone. I believe I should be able to walk on the treadmill. I just have to be careful not to break the stitches. I just know from past experience walking hasn't given me the results as running (with weight loss, energy, etc). I feel that I'll be starting over in 7 weeks as far as my running…

I found the article!! If you go to www.nutrition.gov and search for an article called "Your Guide to Lowering your Cholesterol with TLC", that's an excellent source of info. It really gives you the basics and goes from there.

Hi, I read your post and I had a similar issue last year. My doctor told me that my cholesterol was "border line" high. Fortunately she didn't threaten me with medication.
