Definitely not running too fast.. I have a bum knee, and I'm trying to go slow so as not to injure it. Matter of fact my fiance told me yesterday to "catch up".. LOL :)

I hear you.. I could use that magic 8 ball myself. Inches dropping.. pounds are not.. super frustrated. And, after exercise I can't hardly get my daily calories either. Partners in frustration! I'm going to be intently watching your responses :)

I too would try David's.. the one I picked out last Saturday is only 299 - winning! If I had bought anything online I'm sure I'd hate it.. I had an idea in my head when I went in there, and it was not at all what was flattering on me, so I ended up going a completely different way.

I'm in! Have a gym membership.. go 5-6 days a week (mix of cardio/strength/weights) and also on week 1 of Couch to 5K on the "outside".. :)

I do sugar free jello with a splat of sugar free cool whip.. not to mention you can eat the entire box for very few calories :)

If you search under cardio, there is an option for strength/resistance training.
