yup another Brit Been having Xmas off and gained 9lbs over the last month lol so time to knuckle down and stop eating all the chocs :-)

I'm happy and throwing away clothes, buying new ,only lost weight by calorie counting and walking, nothing too life changing easy to continue with little or no effort :smiley:
