  • Hi there, Oats are great for stabilising blood sugar levels. You could try starting your day with a bowl of porridge made from natural oats, sweetened with, say, berries rather than sugar. You could also try eating little and often. Are you eating tons of fruit?

  • I would say 'Don't Stop Me Now' by Queen...good rythym for jogging and a really energising song. Also...really corny but would be a good laugh to have the Rocky theme tune...you'll have the biggest smile while you're running then! Good luck with the exercise.
