I have over 100 to lose. It's a daily struggle, but can be done. I've lost 44 lbs since May 14th of this year. You can do it!

I have had it for years. I got serious about losing weight this May and so far, I'm down 41 pounds. It's possible!

Congratulations! I have roughly the same goal and same starting weight, so it's nice to see where I can end up in a year. I've been at it since May. I wish you success with the next 70.

I use divided toddler plates. My doctor had me start using them for portion control and now I have a collection of them.

I've been on low carb since May and this has not happened to me even once.

Fitbit doesn't really have an activity level setting. It just sets everybody to 10000 steps/day. Whenever I walk, I don't log it because Fitbit does that for me. But if I do any other activity I always log it because Fitbit doesn't seem to pick that activity up (because I'm not swinging my arms like walking).

I've been on BCP for several years and have PCOS. I've lost 30 lbs since Mid-May of this year. No problem here.

Try a yoga pose called the pigeon. It helps me a lot with back/hip pain.
